Maintenance treatment can be a huge game changer for YOU. Think about it from this point of view - you work at a desk 5 days a week for 8 hours per day. Over time your back pain increases and you eventually book in for treatment. The pain is reduced and you feel better but your still suffering with some discomfort. This could take a number of sessions to resolve which in the short term burns a big whole in your pocket.
If you keep on top of your back pain with regular sessions, so either once every month or two months, you're more likely to suffer less. Its all about looking after your body. Most people I know and that's me included, do lots of things for other people but forget about looking after number one. You will be servicing yourself just like you do with a car.
